Welcome to Pinnacle Equine Hospital

Pinnacle Equine Hospital is located in Knoxville, TN. Our hospital was created with a vision of providing the highest possible primary and referral care for horses in East Tennessee and the surrounding region.  Whether your horses are your loyal companions, or you depend on them economically to be elite athletes or sound breeding stock (or both), Pinnacle is here to be part of your equine management team.   We have personal experience with horse ownership, riding, and showing, and we know how important your horse’s veterinary care is to you.

We are a full-service equine ambulatory practice with a facility for haul-in work-ups and intensive hospitalized care.  We are always available, 24 hours a day, for all your equine medical, surgical, and reproductive needs.  We are also available for show work – please contact us with questions or service needs.
